2011 Storm and Flood Meeting
Every fall Whatcom Unified Emergency Management coordinates a storm and flood meeting in anticipation of the upcoming winter weather. Presenters included representatives from the National Weather Service, Whatcom County River and Flood Division, Puget Sound Energy, The Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Transportation and Whatcom County Road Department.
